A growing basil plant needs a certain amount of sunlight to grow well, but it can grow indoors.
To grow it, the basil plant must get at least a few hours of direct sun a day.
But growing basil indoors can be tough, and it takes a little more care.
Here’s how to grow a basil plant indoors.
What You Need to Grow a Basil Plant indoors You need to start with a garden container or tub with at least 3 feet of soil.
You’ll need to add soil to the container if it’s larger than about 1-foot by 2 feet.
(See the picture at right.)
To get the best quality soil, start with just about 1 inch of coarse gravel, or sand.
To get more soil, you can buy some soil at a gardening supply store, or you can use a soil mixer.
For the tub, you’ll want about 2 1/2 feet of dirt, or about 3 inches of coarse sand.
You can use some peat moss, or maybe a mix of peat and dirt.
Start with a few plants.
One plant per 5-foot section of soil will be adequate for most basil plants.
The other plants will be more or less okay.
Keep them all in a single area to get the maximum amount of soil for the basil.
If you don’t have enough soil to cover the plants, use a container that’s smaller than 1-feet by 2-feet, which is about 3 feet by 4 feet.
That will make the plants grow taller.
You won’t need as much soil for them as you would if you grew them in a greenhouse.
The plants will get a little taller if you keep them in one area, but you won’t see any difference.
To start, you’re going to add a little bit of sand and soil to your container.
That’ll get the plants going, so start adding a little at a time.
It’s important to make sure the sand and dirt are evenly mixed in, but the plants won’t take much to start growing.
Once the plants are growing well, add more sand and the soil will begin to grow.
You don’t need to mix the sand too much or the soil too little, because that’s a problem when growing basil plants indoors.
If the soil doesn’t get enough sand or soil, add some more sand or dirt.
This is the way you start with the plants.
You’re going into the container and adding sand and gravel as needed, so add some sand and some more gravel, as needed.
If there’s enough sand and water, you should be able to see the plants growing.
Add more gravel if you’re adding more soil.
When the plants start growing well in one section, add a few more plants.
But be careful: the plants will probably get smaller if you add more plants and you’ll need more water.
If they get too small, you won.
You should be adding about 1 to 2 plants per 5 feet of sand, and about 1/4 to 1/3 of a foot of gravel per 5 or 6 feet of space.
Keep adding more sand, so you can see the basil plants growing better.
Once you have enough sand, you will probably be able add more gravel.
You will need about 1 1/8 to 1 1 1 /2 feet to add sand and 1 1 2 feet of gravel.
After the plants have started growing well for a few weeks, add about 1 2- to 1 2 1 /3 inches of gravel and about 4 inches of sand.
If it gets too much sand, add it a little closer to the plants to get them bigger.
If your garden container is too big, add another container that is a little smaller, or add more soil to make it smaller.
This will help keep the basil growing.
When you add soil, make sure it is fairly well mixed.
If not, you might not be able see the new plants growing well.
If all the plants seem to grow, add soil again and repeat.
It will take about 1 week to see a big improvement.
When it’s done, you probably want to start adding more gravel to the soil.
Keep doing this until the plants look like they’re growing.
But don’t add any more gravel until the soil has grown to the same size as the plants that you started with.
When your basil plants are getting big enough, add enough gravel to cover their entire growing area.
If soil doesn of the same quality as the sand, it can make the basil grow too tall.
To check the amount of gravel in the soil, fill the container with water and place a small plastic bag over the soil so that it doesn’t overflow.
That should be enough to see some plants grow.
When they start growing tall, you may need to remove the bag from the soil and refill it with water.
After a few days, you’ve probably seen the plants
